What is the dose of the drug?
For self-help home use, 30 strength is considered 4-6 pills or one-two drops as one dose. The dosage is the same for adults and children. But severity of symptoms is more important than body weight. 1-2 doses every hour for severe symptoms, 3-4 doses as needed for moderate severity, repeated every 2-4 hours.
Repeat every 6-8 hours for mild symptoms. As improvement occurs, the remedy should be given less frequently and if symptoms improve by 10 percent, the drug should be discontinued altogether. However, without self-selecting medicine, doctor’s advice is essential.
