Red lobster restaurant mainly serves seafood. General Mills Company acquired Red Lobster in 1970. The Red Lobster Company started doing business in Canada in the 1980s. There are currently 25-30 red lobster centers in Canada.
In 1992, Red Lobster made its famous biscuit called Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Curt Hankins made these Cheddar Bay Biscuits. On March 29, 1994, one of the company’s architects, Bill Durden, died. At the time of the death, his age was 75.
In 2009, this company established its branch in England. The restaurant opened in England in full splendor with stone towers, Adirondack-style benches, signal flags and more.

Thai Union bought the company from GGC in 2020 at a full discount.
