The Israeli army distributed leaflets in the area. It says to leave the house in three hours and leave for South Gaza. But how will they go? Haniya said the road from the northern Gaza Strip to the south has become dangerous. There is no electricity, the road is pitch black between the ruins. It’s like a ghost movie. Stop the war – wants united nations.
Tomorrow marks one month of the Hamas-Israel war. No one knows how many Hamas leaders have died in this month. But statistics show that 10,022 Palestinians have lost their lives in the war in Gaza. Of these, 4,104 are children. Apart from this, 25,408 people were injured. 192 health workers were killed. 32 ambulances were burnt. 16 hospitals have stopped functioning due to lack of electricity, medicine, health workers. The heads of 18 UN agencies and voluntary organizations have called for an immediate ceasefire. In a joint statement, they said, “It’s been 30 days. Enough is enough. . . Let the war stop now.” In a statement, the heads of UNICEF, UN Women, the World Food Program, and the World Health Organization (WHO) wrote, ‘Israeli or Palestinian, the killings of the past month are appalling.’
Israeli warplanes attacked al-Rantisi hospital twice today. 4 people died. 70 injured. The hospital’s solar panels and water tank were destroyed. Cancer hospital is also being attacked today. Children’s hospitals are not spared either. Israel’s explanation for the attack on the hospitals in Gaza was that they were actually Hamas ‘terror bases’. Now they don’t explain. A post that went viral on social media claimed that at least 100 Israeli doctors had jointly submitted a petition to the army. They demanded an attack on the hospital in Gaza. The petition reads in Hebrew, “When the people of Gaza agreed to make the hospital a camp of terror, they caused their own destruction.”
The water crisis has reached its peak in Gaza. Diarrhea and respiratory diseases are spreading in the crowded small areas of the refugee camps.
Attacks by “occupiers” in the West Bank and East Jerusalem have doubled since the war in Gaza began on October 7. The United Nations officials say that hundreds of Palestinians have been forced to flee their homes in the past three weeks. These ‘occupiers’ are Israeli citizens living on occupied Palestinian private land. Here’s the thing: Israelis have moved in after forcing Palestinians out of their homes at gunpoint. Allegedly, they are being protected by the Israeli government. There are now 700,000 such squatters in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Most of the settlements are approved by the Israeli government itself. One-third of them are ultra-radical Jews. They are starting to live in that area because of religion. The rest are going to the ‘bait’ of the Israeli government. Israel provides special financial assistance to the Jews who live in the region. When the eyes of the whole world are on Gaza, the United Nations is also worried about the situation of the occupants of the West Bank.
